With more than 250 million streams to his name, nimino has become one of the most exciting names in electronic music today. The British producer broke through globally with I Only Smoke When I Drink, a track that entered the UK Singles Chart and spent more than twenty weeks on Billboard’s Dance Chart. In 2025, he followed up this success with the Creek EP and a string of new singles.Behind nimino is Milo Evans, who began making music at a young age as a creative outlet for his ADHD. What started with stitching together loops on an old laptop evolved into a distinctive sound that blends atmospheric electronica, organic sampling and euphoric drops.Following performances at major festivals including Coachella, Lollapalooza and Field Day, as well as sold-out headline shows around the world, the Counter Records artist now brings his emotional and cinematic sound to Melkweg.

Monstercat returns to Melkweg during Amsterdam Dance Event 2026. Following a sold-out edition in collaboration with RAMPAGE, the label is once again taking over two stages for one night packed with bass music. This time, Monstercat joins forces with Ophelia.Electronic record label Monstercat is no stranger to Melkweg. Every year, it returns to ADE with a showcase highlighting the best of the international bass scene. From label showcases such as Monstercat Uncaged and Monstercat Silk to collaborations with RAMPAGE and Blacklist, Monstercat consistently brings a diverse selection of artists to Amsterdam. In 2026, the label adds another chapter to its ADE legacy with Ophelia, the label founded by melodic dubstep producer Seven Lions, who will also be performing this night.

Kraak & Smaak returns to Amsterdam on October 22 for the Amsterdam Dance Event. Following their 20th anniversary and the release of the compilation *Twenty*, the internationally acclaimed electronic disco, funk, and indie act from Leiden headed back into the studio to record their seventh album. The result: ‘Velvet Seas,’ featuring singles such as ‘Nothing Is Forever,’ ‘Heat,’ and ‘Travel Light.’With their new album in tow, the band returns to the Melkweg’s MAX, led by the powerful vocals of Berenice van Leer and Ivar Vermeulen. Expect an energetic live show packed with new tracks and beloved classics.
